Leafy Greens. Rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron and magnesium, leafy greens can boost the immune system, promote vision and skin health, as well as improve digestion. Add greens such as spinach, kale, arugula and bok choy to your daily diet.
