Functional Medicine

Functional Medicine (FM) takes a comprehensive approach to health by addressing the root causes of illness, rather than just treating symptoms. It looks at the whole person, considering factors like health history, genetics, diet, stress, sleep, and mental well-being. During your initial consultation, your provider will explore both your medical symptoms and lifestyle. If necessary, advanced lab tests are used to identify imbalances, leading to a personalized treatment plan. This plan may include lifestyle changes, supplements, or even traditional treatments like hormones or peptides, all based on evidence and holistic practices.

Lifestyle Medicine

Lifestyle Medicine focuses on preventing chronic disease by examining and improving your current habits. In the initial consultation, we address key lifestyle factors and risk behaviors like alcohol and nicotine use, offering practical, non-judgmental solutions for better health. New patients are encouraged to book a 60-minute consultation.

Anti-Aging, Longevity & Regenerative Medicine

Anti-Aging Medicine aims to restore vitality and energy, while Longevity Medicine focuses on increasing healthy years (healthspan). Regenerative Medicine helps the body heal damaged tissue. Though related, these fields are distinct. Aging naturally reduces the body’s ability to maintain stability (homeostasis), due to cellular damage, which is worsened by poor lifestyle choices and toxins. Longevity is influenced by genetics, lifestyle, environment, and mental health, so improving the aging process is key to increasing lifespan. Regenerative Medicine helps repair tissue or organs damaged by injury, disease, or aging. After discussing your symptoms and reviewing any necessary labs, we’ll create a personalized plan, often involving lifestyle changes and/or peptide therapy.
